Baked Doughnuts
As Easy As Apple Pie: “These vanilla glazed baked donuts are super simple to whip up. All you need is a couple of mixing bowls, a whisk and a donut pan. If you don’t own one, you need to get one ASAP. You can have fresh baked donuts in less than 20 minutes and are healthier than the fried ones. Plus they are so pretty, they will definitely bring a smile to your face!”
Preppy Kitchen: “These baked donuts are so incredibly easy to make. There’s no need to break out the mixer or wait for the dough to rise before frying for this baked donut recipe. All you have to do is whisk the wet and dry ingredients together, then bake in a donut pan, and you’ll have these tasty donuts in no time.”

Whilst traditional deep fried ring donuts can be challenging to make, doughnut holes are significantly less tricky with the same fluffy deliciousness. We can’t pass by this Cooking Classy 15 Minute recipe without giving it a mention!
Allergen Friendly Doughnuts
I don’t know if anyone else finds this, but it is REALLY difficult to buy ready made allergen friendly doughnuts in store in the UK. So, we’re resorting to baking our own!
